In its advocacy efforts, the Coalition seeks to:

Empower people whose homes are in jeopardy (through awareness building, organizing,and other supportive efforts) .

Educate the entire Northern Kentucky community regarding housing issues and the impact of poor planning on the community .
Effect the changes necessary to ensure adequate, safe and affordable housing for all citizens of Northern Kentucky.
Monitor federal, state and local activity which directly impacts people for whom adequate and affordable housing is not a given (e.g., the widening of 12th Street in Covington, the destruction of 202 units of public housing in Newport, vacancy rates and delayed processing of applicants for public housing in Covington).
